Conformance Status

This website is built on Webflow and aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, to the extent supported by our platform.

Measures We Take
• Using semantic HTML structure where possible
• Providing alt text for images, including artwork images
• Maintaining reasonable color contrast
• Ensuring the site is navigable by keyboard where feasible

Known Limitations

As a small, independently run site, some third-party embedded content (such as our booking widget or payment checkout) is controlled by outside providers, and full accessibility of those elements cannot be guaranteed by us directly.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.christinehogg.design, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Christine Hogg Design LLC is based in Colorado, United States. This site is hosted and built using Webflow. Most of our visitors are located in the U.S., but the site is accessible internationally.

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
• Contact details you submit through forms (name, email, message content)
• Booking details submitted through Cal.com when scheduling an inquiry, event, or speaking/moderating engagement
• Billing and shipping information submitted at checkout, processed by our payment processor(s)
• Email address, if you sign up for our newsletter (coming soon)

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data collected via Google Analytics (e.g., pages visited, time on site, device/browser type, approximate location based on IP address)
• Cookies set through Webflow's hosting infrastructure, which may include functional cookies (site performance, form functionality) and analytics cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how visitors use it, and improve it over time. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that some site features may not function properly if cookies are disabled. We do not directly store your full payment card details. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor(s) integrated through Webflow.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law (e.g., tax and accounting records for purchases).

8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing of your data. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA). Visitors from the EU/UK or California may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA, respectively. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.christinehogg.design, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and Services Offered
We offer:
• Original physical artwork
• Printed reproductions of artwork ("prints")
• Design services
• Digital downloads (e.g., digital art files, printables)
• Event listings and inquiry scheduling via Cal.com, including bookings for speaking and moderating engagements (we do not currently accept custom commission requests through the site)

3. Intellectual Property / Copyright
All artwork, images, designs, and content displayed on this site are the original creation of Christine Hogg Design LLC and are protected under copyright law, unless otherwise noted.
• Purchasing a physical print, original, or digital download does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any artwork (visual or written) or images on this site without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., printing a purchased digital file for personal use).
• Design services delivered to clients are subject to the terms of the individual service agreement, if applicable.
• Requests for licensing or reproduction permissions can be sent to christine.f.hogg@gmail.com.

4. Purchases
Physical Art and Prints

• All sales descriptions (size, medium, edition details) are provided as accurately as possible; slight variations in color may occur due to screen display differences.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Digital Downloads

• Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase.
• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered/accessed, except where required by law.

Design Services

• Scope, timeline, and payment terms for design services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice prior to work beginning.

5. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors integrated with our Webflow store. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

6. Shipping
• Physical art and prints are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• Estimated processing time: 3 days.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on destination.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (for international orders), or incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
• International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

7. Returns and Refunds• Physical art/prints: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described. Please contact christine.f.hogg@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of receipt.• Original artwork: Sales of original artwork are final.• Digital downloads: Final sale, non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of a defective file.
• Design services: Refund terms will be specified in the individual service agreement.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Bookings and Inquiries
Scheduling through Cal.com is for inquiries and event bookings only, including requests for speaking and moderating engagements. Submitting a booking does not guarantee a commission, sale, engagement, or service agreement; details, availability, and terms (including any speaking/moderating fees) will be confirmed directly between you and Christine Hogg Design LLC.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christine Hogg Design LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products/services, including but not limited to shipping delays, third-party service outages (Webflow, payment processors, Cal.com), or issues arising from third-party platforms.

10. Third-Party Links and Services
This site may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Cal.com, payment processors, social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
